Cold weather pushes rodents into homes

Now that the cold weather has arrived rats and mice are looking for harbourage. prevention is better than cure so do your best not to invite them in. Ensure any damage to buildings is repaired and make sure any pet or bird food is tidied away in sealed containers. Look out for runs through grass or undergrowth. If you have a rodent or other pest problem call Control Services.

As the weather turns and with a cold winter predicted rodents will be looking for harbourage. If they find somewhere warm with access to food and water they will thrive. Do your best to keep them out and ensure food is in sealed containers.
