New Certification Scheme to Improve Pest Control across Europe

A brand-new certification scheme, five years in the making, promises to improve pest control all across Europe. The new certification has been developed by the Confederation of European Pest Management Associations (CEPA) in order to ensure participating pest control companies are utilising the latest equipment, chemicals, and best practices. It also sets new standards that are essentially upgrades of existing standards.

CEPA is an umbrella organisation for pest control trade groups throughout Europe. The British Pest Control Association (BPCA), of which Pest Control Services is a member, is a CEPA member organisation. This means that the BPCA will be making a new standards and certification available to its member companies as well. Pest Control Services will be looking at the new standards to better understand how these apply to what we do.

For the record, Pest Control Services technicians are trained by the BPCA and certified by the Royal Society for Public Health. Each of our employees goes through regular remedial training to ensure we maintain our knowledge base and relevant skills.
