Timber Treatment

A Newbury client had concerns when they went into their loft for the Christmas decorations. There were accumulations of sawdust at various points around the loft under structural timbers. We surveyed the property and confirmed their suspicions that the sawdust (or Frass) was fresh and the activity is current. This infestation will be stopped with insecticide spray but when left for too long timbers can need replacing.
